Baked Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, split and boned
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 stick butter, divided
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. seedless grapes (white)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat chicken breasts with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown in 5 tablespoons of butter and remove.
    Arrange breasts close together in shallow pan.
    Add onions to pan drippings; cook until tender.
    Stir in chicken broth and wine; bring to boil and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour or more, until chicken is tender.
    Cook mushrooms in remaining 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Add to chicken, along with grapes.
    Cover and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
