Spiced Peach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 oranges, peeled, sectioned and chopped (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
1 (28 oz.) jar spiced peaches, chopped (reserve juice)
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. maraschino cherries, chopped

Preparation

Prepare oranges.
Heat peach juice and pour over gelatin to dissolve.
Add all ingredients.
Pour into 2-quart mold.
Chill until firm (serves 12).
