Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Remove seeds and wash peppers.
    Cook peppers 5 minutes; drain. Cook hamburger, onion and mushrooms.
    Drain.
    Stir in salt, garlic salt, rice and tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
    Stuff peppers; pour remaining sauce over peppers.
    Cover; cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Uncover; cook 15 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
