Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Morton Tender Quick
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill for 24 hours.
    Divide into 4 rolls.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours on a rack in flat pans.
    Dry with paper towels.
    Store, wrapped in foil.
