Nell'S Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 whole egg
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix flour and shortening. Beat egg, sugar, and milk together, then stir all together and pour in greased pan, 8 x 8 x 2. Sprinkle topping mixture over batter and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
