Out Of This World Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
1 (12 oz.) can 7-Up or Sprite

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Add pineapple, sugar, vanilla and pecans. Stir.
Add 7-Up; stir well and chill until set.
When it begins to jell, pour into a mold or oblong dish.
