Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    5 green tomatoes
    6 green peppers
    2 c. green beans
    2 c. cauliflower
    2 c. fresh corn kernels
    1/4 c. pickling salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Grind onions, tomatoes and green peppers.
    In a large bowl combine ground vegetables, beans, cauliflower and corn.
    Sprinkle pickling salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    Rinse and drain.
