Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. red cake coloring
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until well mixed. Bake in layers at 350\u00b0 approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
