Raisin Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mixed spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 packets yeast
2 oz. sugar
4 oz. raisin
2 oz. mixed peel (dried)
5 oz. stove heated milk
1 1/2 oz. water
1 egg
2 oz. butter, melted
Preparation
-
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add milk, water, eggs and butter. Mix and make dough.
Place dough in covered bowl and let rise for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
