Pork Chops With Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can chicken broth
    6 loin chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 c. thin sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Cook one minute; set aside.
    Brown chops in oil; season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
