Theona'S Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (8 1/4 oz. can)
    1 c. mandarin oranges, well drained
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Pour hot water on jello; stir quickly to melt.
    Stir until dissolved; add sugar.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add coconut, pineapple and oranges; stir.
    Add nuts.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Mix well. Pour into 4-cup mold.
    Chill until congealed.
    Keeps well.
