*Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. water
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice with 1 cup of water until water evaporates.
    Add 1/2 stick butter and the milk.
    Bring to a slow boil and cook 50 minutes. Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar. Pour slowly over rice mixture, mixing at the same time.
    Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
