Corned Grouper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. grouper fillets
    4 lb. boiled potatoes
    2 lb. bacon
    1 bunch green onions
    wine vinegar
Preparation
    Cut
    bacon
    in\tsmall
    pieces and fry (save drippings). Cut boiled
    potatoes, leaving skin on and add fish.
    Top with plenty of\tgreen onions.
    Add small amount of bacon drippings and wine vinegar to taste.
    Add salt and pepper.
