20 Minute Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken and broccoli flavor)
    2 stalks diced or sliced celery
    1 medium sized onion, diced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 1/2 c. diced chicken or pork
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni and set aside.
    In a wok or iron skillet, place 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup oil, diced onion, carrot and celery and fry until golden brown.
    Add to Rice-A-Roni in same wok or skillet.
    Add other water and oil; fry diced chicken or pork until done.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon soy sauce and add this to Rice-A-Roni mixture.
