Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 10 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can potato soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter (melted)
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bag of sour cream & chives or cheddar cheese potato chips
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Add rest of ingredients; mixing well. Pour in greased 9x13 pan.
    Top with crushed flavor chips.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
