Chicken Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    3 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
    8 slices hot toast or 4 English muffins, halved and toasted
Preparation
    Heat butter in saucepan and saute onion about 3 minutes until softened.
    Stir in flour.
    Add broth and milk gradually, stirring with wire whisk to form smooth sauce.
