French Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, stemmed and sorted or 1 1/2 thawed frozen dry pack blueberries
    1 Tbsp. orange flavoring
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. granulated sugar
    2/3 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Coat a 6-cup baking dish with the cooking spray. In a medium bowl, toss the blueberries with the orange flavoring and 1 teaspoon of the granulated sugar and let stand, uncovered, at room temperature for 30 minutes.
