Sheila'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (12 pieces)
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place chicken in a shallow pan. In small saucepan, melt margarine and stir in rest of ingredients.
    Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
