Teriyaki Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. sake
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2-inch ginger root
    1/4 tsp. ajinomoto (optional)
    1 lb. beef, thinly sliced or 1 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Cook until it's done.
