New England Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 can chopped clams
2 c. milk
salt and pepper
medium thickness flour paste to thicken
Preparation

Place potatoes, onion and celery in large saucepan.
Cover with water and cook until done.
Drain clam juice into saucepan. Add thyme, salt and pepper and bring to good boil.
Stir in flour paste.
Add milk and clams.
