Arabian-Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick loin pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 c. rice or wild rice, cooked
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper
    4 slices Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Say prayer.
    Season chops.
    Put 1 slice tomato on each chop followed by a layer of rice.
    (Use all the rice on this layer.) Next layer, add onion, then green pepper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for approximately 2 hours.
