Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
-
Blend first 6 ingredients with wire whisk.
Add next 3 ingredients and blend well with mixer for 2 minutes.
Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Let cool completely before icing.
