Appalachicola Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 lb. beef round or chuck, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 large chopped onions
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    12 oz. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour.
    Brown with garlic and onion in olive oil.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 hours.
