Italian Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs at room temperature
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip the eggs with sugar and salt for about 7 to 10 minutes. Start at slow speed then increase to high speed until it forms a ribbon.
    (Run your finger across the top, if the line remains its ready.)
    Fold in the dry ingredients in 2 to 3 parts.
    Slowly folding ingredients in, so that there are no lumps, making sure the flour is incorporated totally.
    Pour into a greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
