Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
6 or 7 potatoes
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Combine melted butter, flour, milk and salt.
Mix up.
Arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce in greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
