Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake
    2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding (prepared as directed on pkg.)
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    21 oz. can cherry pie filling
    12 oz. container Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Half cake and break into small pieces.
    In a punch bowl, layer as listed using half of each ingredient.
    Repeat layers. Refrigerate.
