Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. popped corn, kept warm
2 sticks oleo
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. Karo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix melted oleo, sugar, Karo and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, without stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over corn. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour and stir every 15 minutes.
