Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. unsalted butter
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. instant pudding mix
    1 c. milk
    1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine butter and water; cook until it comes to a rolling boil.
    Add cup of flour; keep stirring until it forms a rolling ball.
    Remove from heat; stir in the eggs.
    Mix until smooth.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
    Use about 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cream puff.
    Yields 12 to 14 cream puffs.
