Jambalaya(One Skillet Supper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 lb. ham, cut into 1/4 x 1/2-inch cubes
    1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails left on)
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    1/2 c. long-grain rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    chopped fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
    Add green peppers, onion and ham.
    Saute until ham is browned and vegetables are softened.
