Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 lb. grated cheese
1 small onion, grated
dash of pepper
dash cayenne pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place in mold or log roll.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
Put strawberry preserves on top.
