Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. peeled tomatoes
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in tomato paste, seasoning and water.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peeled tomatoes.
    Place 1 tablespoon meat filling and some cheese on each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly and place, seam side down, in a greased cake pan.
    Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
