Scroodle Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corkscrew noodles
    1 stick margarine
    1 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 box frozen cauliflower
    1 box frozen broccoli spears
    1 box mixed vegetables
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook
    corkscrew
    noodles as directed on package.
    Drain and put
    in
    crock-pot.
    Mix 1/2 stick margarine with noodles. Cook together
    in small amount of water cauliflower, broccoli and mixed vegetables.
    Drain and add to noodles.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Melt
    Velveeta cheese in milk and remaining margarine. Pour
    over
    noodles
    and vegetables.
    Keep well in the crock-pot on low.
