Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. garlic vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. basil vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated cabbage
Preparation

(I substitute white vinegar and sprinkle garlic salt and basil over the top of the vinegar to taste.)
Beat all ingredients, except cabbage, with mixer.
Pour over cabbage.
Do not stir. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes before mixing salad.
Salad is best when cabbage is shredded into thin strings. Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
