Pork Chop Fried Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 slices bacon
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sliced green onion with tops
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 pork chops
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring the 1 3/4 cups water to boil.
    Remove from heat; stir in rice.
    Cover and set aside.
