Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 jars Junior baby food carrots or 3 c. grated carrots
4 large eggs
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, then add cooking oil and stir well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir well after each.
Add carrots and nuts. Bake in 3 (8-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
The baby food makes this cake very moist.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
Spread between each layer.
Spread the rest on top and sides.
