Beef Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
salt to taste
2 c. milk (more or less)
Preparation

Scramble and cook ground beef until light brown (done). Sprinkle flour on top and stir around, cooking on medium heat. Salt and add milk.
Cook until it thickens.
It can be served on toast.
Cooked thicker, it can be served on buns as a sandwich.
