1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, any cut
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. MSG or seasoning
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cut pork into pieces 1 X 1 X 1/2-inch.
Mix flour and seasonings.
Mix egg and milk; beat well.
Roll pork in flour mixture and shake off excess.
Dip in milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
Drain well, then dip in flour mixture again, mixing until well coatd.
Shake off excess flour and fry in deep fat at 350\u00b0 until the crust is brown and crisp, then drain and place on plate.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
