Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 green onions, chopped
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. fat-free shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
    1 c. canned corn, drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all in large bowl.
    Spray baking dish with vegetable spray.
    Pour mixture in baking dish and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
