Mel'S Fabulous Grilled Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    butter
    Velveeta cheese (or American cheese slices)
    ham slices (optional)
Preparation
    Warm nonstick frying pan on medium.
    Butter one side of both pieces of bread.
    Slice enough cheese to cover bread.
    Place the cheese on the unbuttered side of the bread.
    Place ham on top of the cheese.
    Place other slice of bread on top with buttered side up.
    Place the sandwich in the warmed pan and cover so the cheese will melt.
    Fry for about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown, flip and fry again for 1 minute, until golden brown.
    Remove from the pan and enjoy.
    Peanut butter and jelly may be substituted for the ham and cheese.
    Serves 1 person.
