Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. minced onion
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Melt butter and blend in cheese, soup and onion.
Mix well. Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Mix cheese mixture with the frozen hash browns.
Pour into baking dish that has been greased and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
