Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    chicken
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and sage.
    Turn chicken pieces in the mixture until well coated.
    Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk and roll in cornflakes.
    Place in roasting pan.
    Put in fridge for about 10 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Drizzle butter over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Turn occasionally.
