Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    Doritos
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large bottle Italian Wish-Bone dressing
    2 to 3 lb. cubed sirloin steak, cubed into 2 to 3-inch sections
    approximately 6 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch sections or squares
    approximately 4 onions, quarter, then loosen up the sections
    approximately 6 tomatoes, quartered
    2 pkg. fresh whole mushrooms
    2 to 3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Overnight, if possible, or at least 4 hours before grilling, mix in largest bowl you have the salad dressing, cubed meat and cut up vegetables.
    (Dad even threw in a drained can of whole potatoes.)
    Stir occasionally to get all pieces covered with the dressing.
