Quick Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can consomme (beef)
    1 can water
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Salt and fry chops in oil; set aside.
    Place rice in baking dish.
    Add pepper, onion, soup and water.
    Lay chops on top. Cover with foil; bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until rice is flaky and tender.
