Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. diced cheese
3 eggs, separated
salt
Preparation
-
Make sauce.
As it thickens, add cheese and beaten yolks.
Stir until thick and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in a casserole 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve immediately.
