Ingredients

1 c. beef broth
5 c. shredded cabbage
water
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes (dry)
1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) corned beef, cut in chunks
Preparation

In large saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
Add cabbage; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes.
Measure liquid in saucepan.
Add milk and margarine; bring to a boil.
Stir in potatoes and corned beef; heat thoroughly.
