Apple Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 well beaten egg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup chopped apples
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/2 cup flour
    1 teaspoons baking powder
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to egg.
    Beating until sugar is dissolved.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into 8 inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 - 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
