Ruth'S Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten but not real stiff
    1 c. sugar
    23 Ritz crackers, broken
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix egg whites gradually with sugar.
    Add to that the broken Ritz crackers, pecans and vanilla together.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Chill 1/2 pint whipped cream and add 3 tablespoons cocoa.
    Spread on top of pie.
