Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    4 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    about 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat sugar, lard and salt together.
    Add yolks and beat.
    Add yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Beat again.
    Add 4 cups warm water.
    Add enough flour to handle (about 10 cups for firmer dough).
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Let rise once or twice before storing.
    Use as needed.
    Shape into rolls; let rise and bake.
