Pasta With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 stick I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    5 whole peeled garlic cloves
    5 plum tomatoes, skinned and cut up
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can low salt chicken broth
    1/4 c. white cooking wine
    6 fresh basil leaves, cut in strips or 1/2 tsp. dry
    pepper to taste
    1 large head broccoli, cut up into florets
    3/4 lb. bow tie pasta
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, heat the oil and butter.
    Lightly brown the garlic cloves.
    Add tomatoes, chicken broth, wine, basil and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli. Cover pan and cook over medium heat another 10 minutes.
