Mediterranean Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish
1 regular can chick beans
1 can artichoke hearts
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. creamy Italian-style dressing
Preparation

Drain tuna fish, beans and artichoke hearts and combine the three ingredients with celery.
Add ripe olives which have been drained and sliced.
Mix ingredients in bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Add creamy dressing.
Toss lightly and chill. Serves 4 to 6.
